Returns

Items must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
All tags must still be attached.
Items with a pink security ribbon cannot be returned if the ribbon is removed.
Please note that pierced jewelry and swimwear with the hygiene seal removed cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
Shoes must be tried on indoors and show no signs of wear.
