Bimbocore Clothing & Our Policy On Returns
At Bimbocore Clothing, we want you to be satisfied with your purchases. That is why offer a free 28-day refund or exchange for items that are unopened, unused and unworn.
If your item is used but has become defective within 170 days of your purchase, you may return it to us for free. The item must be returned in secure packaging, and we will either provide an exchange or a full refund of the purchase price.
All you need to do is fill out our returns form and package all your items safely before returning them to us.
We recommend getting a free proof of postage when sending your package off to us. This is just in case the item is lost in transit, or there are any issues with us receiving it. Please remember to keep the proof of postage until we have replaced or refunded the item.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not refund the cost of postage if you do not use our free returns postal service.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: We are unable to refund the cost of postage unless the item is faulty.

NOTE: We do not cover faults caused by accidents, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
When Returning An Order:
UNUSED ITEMS: Make sure the item is unopened, unused, and undamaged (unless it is faulty). Please include all shrink wrapping and packaging and ensure that all leaflets and instructions are all intact and included.
Do not forget to make sure you request a refund or an exchange when returning the items. Your return will be processed and handled as soon as possible, and you will be notified when we receive the returned parcel. You will be notified via email regarding any issues with the package that we run into.
FAULTY ITEMS: If the item is faulty, please make sure that you let us know all details regarding the fault. Unless the fault is very clear, you may wish to contact us beforehand as some items may have remotes or require batteries… or they may have some not so clear functionalities.
Make sure all leaflets, cards, instructions manuals and packaging are all returned with the faulty product. Without all this information, we may be unable to process your return. If you have used the item, please make sure that it has been thoroughly cleaned. Photographs will be taken of the faulty item when we receive it, to help with processing. If there is no fault found, the item will be returned to you, at your own expense.
PLEASE NOTE that due to strict health and hygiene policies, we are unable to accept returns of lingerie that has been used, or where the hygiene seal, tags or labels have been removed. We will not provide a refund or exchange on these items unless the item is returned unused and intact, with any hygiene seals, tags and labels still attached. Please include the original packaging, or we will not be able to accept the return.
Once the item has been received, we will process your refund or replacement as soon as possible. This will be done within 30 days but could be sooner. Refunds can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account depending on your bank once the refund has been processed.
